Operating principle
According to the material property, the raw material enters the comminution chamber from the upper inlet through the classification chamber or enters the comminution chamber from the lower inlet (suction port), which is strongly impacted by the impact hammer, and at the same time, it is impacted, rubbed and shearing at the gap between the impact hammer and the lining plate. The pulverized fine powder moves along with the airflow to the upper part of the room. Due to the high speed rotation of the classifier wheel, the coarse powder returns to the comminution chamber under the action of centrifugal force and continues to comminute, and the fine powder that meets the fineness requirement is discharged from the exhaust port. Enter the cyclone separator and dust collector and collected, dust gas in the dust collector for gas-solid separation, air flow is removed by the fan.

Performance characteristics
2.Depending on the nature of the material, the raw material is usually put in diameter of 3mm, the product particle size d97 generally within 5-150μm range can be adjusted, crushing ratio, high efficiency, continuous operation.
3.The materials of impact hammer and toothed dial ring used resistant materials, extend the service life.
4.The air suction volume is big while the machine is operating, good cooling effect, therefore, for certain sensitive materials can be applied.
